INTRODUCTION

What Is a Hot and Cold Pack?

A Hot and Cold Pack is a reusable gel-filled pad that works for both therapies: freeze it for cold compression or warm it in the microwave (or simmer in hot water) for soothing heat — one product, two solutions for everyday relief.

TECHNOLOGY

How Does Hot and Cold Pack Work?

Whether you need cold or heat, the process takes just minutes.

❶ Prepare – Cold

Place the Gel Pack in the refrigerator or the freezer 30 minutes prior to usage or until it reaches desired temperature.

Alternatively, simply store the Gel Pack in the refrigerator when not in use.

❷ Prepare – Hot

Heat the Gel Pack in the microwave in 15 second increments until it reaches desired temperature.

OR simmer the Gel Pack in hot water for 5 to 10 minutes then remove carefully and dry with towel.

❸ Apply

Wrapt the Gel Pack with towel or put in a soft pouch. Then apply to needed area. The soft gel conforms to wrists, knees, neck and lower back, delivering even, soothing contact exactly where you need it.

❹ Clean & Reuse

Wipe the shell, store at room temperature, and repeat for years. No refills, no waste.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the inner gel safe if the packs leak?

Yes. Although it is important to note that the gel is not edible, the gel we use is safe accidentally contact with skin.

How long does it stay cold or warm?

There are many factors influencing the temperature lasting time. Generally a standard size gel pack (around 25x12cm) can remain hot/cold for around 40-60minutes.
