Excellent elongation-at-break property comparing to PVC and conforming to irregular shapes without tearing. It also stays supple and impact-resistant in the freezer—far less likely to crack than many polymers.
Safety, Compliance & Environmental Profile
Phthalate-free and plasticizer-free composition compliant with REACH, RoHS, and EN71. It is non-toxic, odorless, and it emits no toxic gas when incinerated under controlled conditions.

LIMITATION
Limitation of EVA Film
An honest spec includes the weak spots.
Limited High-Temperature Resistance
Continuous service above 80°C is not advised; EVA softens toward its 60–95°C melt onset.
Processing Complexity
Extrusion and welding need precise temperature control and often specialized equipment; wrong settings cause weak seals.
Cost Position
Less than TPU film but above basic PVC film—positions EVA in the mid-to-high segment.

Is EVA film safe for skin-contact products?
Yes. If budget allows and if only used for cold application, we recommend using EVA film. It is well suited to gel eye masks and face masks that touch sensitive skin.
Why should I pay more for EVA when PVC is cheaper?
