Limitation of PVC Film

Plasticizer Migration
Even with phthalate-free alternatives, plasticizers can migrate over time—especially against oils or certain solvents—causing gradual stiffening or surface tackiness.
Flexibility at Low Temp
Our PVC films are intentionally customised to withstand lower temperature by using special additives at higher costs. Although technically the film can withstand as low as -20℃, it still becomes relatively rigid and brittle when below 0℃.
