An Instant Hot Pack is a flex-to-activate hand warmer that produces instant, flameless heat on demand — safe, portable, and reusable simply by boiling to reset the crystallized sodium acetate inside.

TECHNOLOGY
How Does an Instant Hot Pack Work?
Bend the disc and the inner liquid crystallizes while releasing safe, flameless heat — then simply boil it to reset.
❶ Activate
Flex the internal metal disc. This triggers the inner liquid to crystallize while releasing a soothing warmth instantly.
Note: Maximum heat does not exceed 55℃. The warm temperature lasts for 40-60minutes!
❷ Use
Hold it or place it on your hands, lower back, or joints for 30–60 minutes of steady, soothing warmth wherever you need it.
Tip: Wrap a soft towel or place in the fabric pouch for a more gentle warmth and prolong the temperature.
❸ Reset
Once cooled to room temperature, boil in water for 5–10 minutes to dissolve the crystals. Let it cool, and it’s ready to reuse.
Tip: Save a few of the used hot packs and boil them in bulk instead of one piece at a time – Save the effort!

Can I customise the filling?
Yes, we can engineer the maximum temperature to lower than 55℃, but cannot make it any higher. We can also adjust the colour of the filling to match your design.
Can I customise the shape or printing?
Yes, you are welcome to check with us first if we have a similar size / shape that you can use. Besides customising shape or printing, we can also customise the material (such as thickness, hardness, flexibility, etc…)
