INTRODUCTION

What Are Gel Insoles?

Gel Insoles are gel-cushioned, removable shoe inserts that absorb shock and soften each footstrike — reducing impact on your heels, knees, and lower back through sport, work, and everyday wear.

The inner gel moves front and foward inside the insoles with each step you take, massaging the feet while walking.

Alternative filling options for GEL INSOLES:

How Do Gel Insoles Work?

The comfort comes from the air/gel cushioning layer inside. On every step it compresses to absorb impact, then springs back — protecting your joints from repetitive shock.

❶ Air/Gel Pockets Compress

On each footstrike, the sealed air/gel pockets compress to absorb the impact that would otherwise travel straight up your leg.

❷ Impact Is Dispersed

The cushioning layer spreads pressure evenly across the heel and forefoot instead of concentrating force on a single point.

❸ Pressure Is Relieved

With less shock reaching the knees and lower back, you feel less fatigue through long days of standing, walking, or sport.

What materials are used?

Common material is TPU, we can laminate layer of fabric to help absorbing the moisture from feet. Alternatively, we can also use EVA or PVC upon request!

Can I customise the shape or printing?

Yes, you are welcome to check with us first if we have a similar size / shape that you can use. Besides customising shape or printing, we can also customise the material (such as thickness, hardness, flexibility, etc…)
