OUR PROCESS
How Our OEM/ODM Process Works
Six clear steps take your idea from a sketch or sample to finished product on your customer’s shelf — with full transparency at every stage.
❶ Brief
Share your idea, drawing, or sample along with target specs — material, size, volume, and any functional requirements.
❷ Prototype
We create and refine a physical sample for your approval, iterating on shape, feel, and print until it is exactly right.
❸ Mass Production
On sign-off we manufacture at scale. The process takes as fast as 3 days depending on the specification and order size.
❹ Pre-shipment Inspection
Before we load the goods, you are welcome to arrange a third-party inspection company to inspect the goods on your behalf.
❺ Shipment
Once approved, we load and deliver to your market, with documentation and global logistics handled end to end.
❻ After Service
Our responsibility doesn’t end when the goods leave the port. We provide continuous post-delivery support to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is the inner gel safe if the packs leak?
Yes. Although it is important to note that the gel is not edible, the gel we use is safe accidentally contact with skin.
Can I customise the gel/filling?
Yes, we mix the gel in our own factory – so we can adjust all its properties from colours, degree of anti-freeze, and viscosity.
We can also fill other fillings into the product as per your request, such as glass beads, feather, air, etc…
Can I customise the shape or printing?
Yes, you are welcome to check with us first if we have a similar size / shape that you can use. Besides customising shape or printing, we can also customise the material (such as thickness, hardness, flexibility, etc…)
